Paypal is my preferred method of payment. If payment has not been made within three days from the date of order, I reserve the right to cancel the order, unless prior arrangements have been made between myself and the buyer with an email confirmation.
I will ship USPS mail, unless other mutually agreed upon arrangements have been made. I do insure all items. Upon request, I will ship Next Day Air or regular mail with a signature of receipt. An email confirmation will be sent as soon as the items have been sent. I make every effort to mail the jewelry, cards, and art prints on the same day that the payment is received. however it will definitely be no later than the date indicated on the listing, unless otherwise notified.
For furniture items, Greyhound is the least expensive method. However, the item will be sent to the Greyhound facility in your town and you will have to pick it up. I am also happy to ship using your preferred shipping method. Unless otherwise stated, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. If purchasing furniture, please contact me prior to purchase to discuss the shipping method and charges.
I will try to accommodate for any refunds or exchanges. Please contact me immediately upon receipt of the item to discuss any exchanges or refunds so that the matter may be resolved quickly. A full refund of the purchase price will be provided if the item(s) are returned in their original condition within 10 days of purchase. The Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If a shipped item has been lost, I will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible. Feel free to contact me with any concerns.
For furniture - Most of the pieces are pre-owned and have been re-painted and distressed. Therefore, chipped painted and dents should be expected and desired. If the piece is damaged during shipping, I will deal with Greyhound. The piece will be insured for the value. If using your preferred shipping method, you will need to deal with the shipper for any damage.
I welcome custom orders and Alchemy orders. If you have an idea and are wondering if I could accomodate you, please contact me. I am always interested in trying new things.
